What happens when the internet goes down?
The kiosk keeps recording clock-ins and clock-outs locally and syncs to the cloud automatically once the connection is restored — no punches are lost.
How is fingerprint data stored?
Clckd stores only a mathematical template derived from the fingerprint — never a raw image. Templates are encrypted at rest and handled under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173): consent-gated, and purged on offboarding.
What's included in the subscription?
Cloud hosting, bug fixes, minor improvements to existing features, and technical support with a defined response time. Major new modules such as facial recognition are quoted separately or unlocked via a plan upgrade.
How many employees does a plan cover?
The Pro tier covers 35–50 active employees with one clock kiosk. Beyond 50 employees, Enterprise pricing applies.
Can I export to my payroll system?
Yes. Timesheets export to CSV, which can feed any payroll provider — you keep the payroll setup you already trust.
What support do I get?
Standard issues are addressed within 1–3 business days. Urgent / P1 issues (e.g. a kiosk that cannot clock in) are prioritized within the same business day.
